Instructor/Instructional Vessel Access Rates, Partnerships & Charter Agreement

Endless Daze Private Charters provides a commercially permitted vessel and licensed captain for independent scuba instructors and dive operators seeking a premium, private charter platform for instructional and guided dive experiences.
All rates apply to vessel charter services only. Instruction, students, dive planning, supervision, and equipment remain the responsibility of the hiring instructor or operator.
These rates are exclusively for instructional and professional vessel access and do not reflect or apply to public charter pricing.
CHARTER RATES (VESSEL + CAPTAIN)
Half‑Day Charter (Up to 4 Hours)
$700 flat rate
Includes:
Private vessel
Licensed captain
Local coastal operating range
Flexible site selection based on conditions
Full‑Day Charter (Up to 8 Hours)
$1,200 flat rate
Includes:
Private vessel
Licensed captain
Extended coastal range
Multiple dive site access (conditions permitting)
Additional time billed at $200/hour
Catalina / Long‑Range Charter
Starting at $1,500
Includes:
Private vessel
Licensed captain
Channel crossing and extended range operations
Final pricing confirmed based on distance, duration, weather, and fuel requirements.
ADD‑ONS & ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional Hour: $200 per hour
Deckhand (if required): $20 per hour
Extended routing or special requests: quoted as needed
CAPACITY & OPERATIONS
Passenger and diver counts subject to vessel limits and captain approval
All operations comply with applicable maritime and safety regulations
The captain retains final authority on routing, weather decisions, and safety matters
INSTRUCTION PARTNERSHIPS (OPTIONAL)
Endless Daze offers Instruction Partnership opportunities for independent instructors who charter regularly.

Eligibility Requirements
Minimum of 6 completed charters annually
Valid instructor credentials and insurance
Signed charter and partnership agreement
Partnership rates do not undercut published retail charter pricing and are reviewed annually.
REPEAT‑CHARTER DISCOUNT (PARTNERSHIP TIER)
Approved Instruction Partners may qualify for volume‑based discounts:
6–9 charters per year: 10% discount
10+ charters per year: 15% discount
Discount Policy:
Applies only to standard charter rates
Discounts do not stack or apply to peak or special bookings
Discounts may be limited or capped for long‑range or Catalina charters.
Subject to availability and annual review
Discount eligibility may be adjusted or revoked if partnership volume, professionalism, or operational impact changes.
BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment required to secure charter date
Dates are not held without payment.
Charter time begins at scheduled departure
Delays caused by the instructor or guests count toward charter hours
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non‑refundable
Charters canceled by the captain due to weather or safety concerns will be fully refunded or rescheduled
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
The hiring instructor/operator is solely responsible for:
Student supervision and instruction
Dive planning and execution
Certification verification and participant waivers
Equipment provision, briefings, and in‑water safety
Endless Daze Private Charters provides vessel operation and navigation services only.
EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY & DAMAGE
Charterer assumes responsibility for any damage to the vessel or onboard equipment caused by the Charterer, students, clients, or instructional activities beyond normal wear and tear.
All damage must be reported immediately to the captain. Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced based on actual repair estimates or replacement value and are payable within 14 days of invoicing.
Normal wear from standard vessel operations does not constitute damage.
